Book Marketing Strategies – Be creative and have some fun!
ByIt’s Friday – so let’s have some fun. There are dozens and dozens of strategies you can implement to market your book. The key to success is selecting a few that resonate with you. Make sure they’re aligned with your values, your interests, and your expertise. Some might be better suited to a particular genre than others.
That being said, if there’s a strategy that interests you and you’re not sure you have the knowledge or experience to pull it off, don’t let that stop you from trying it out. It’s amazing what energy, enthusiasm and determination can do to carry you thru to accomplishing your goals.
You’ll need to weigh the pros and cons of any undertaking including evaluating it within your particular constraints around time, money, and energy. For today, my challenge to you is to make a list of marketing strategies which inspire you. Perhaps you’re not familiar with many of them. And, that’s okay for now. I just want you to go with what you know. What have you imagined yourself doing? Appearing on TV shows? Talk radio? Book signings? Teleseminars? What else? Go ahead and get started on your wish list!
